Repeat prescriptions and food orders
You can order repeat prescriptions for collection at the practice using the form below.
The following criteria must be met in order for us to be able to fill your prescription:
- Your pet has been seen in the last 3-12 months (this time varies depending on your pet’s condition).
- The veterinary surgeon has indicated that a repeat prescription is authorized.
- You are a client of Little Hoppers Animal Hospital
Please note prescriptions will be ready for collection within 48 hours from receipt of the completed form.
Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be ready for collection the following Tuesday.
